Privacy Policy

OpenHouseHQ is operated by LevelNex AI. This policy explains what personal information we collect from the real estate agents who use the service and from the open-house visitors whose details agents collect through it, how that information is used, and your rights regarding it.

OpenHouseHQ involves two groups whose data is handled differently:

• Agents — our customers, who create an account and set up listings.
• Open-house visitors — people who enter their contact details on an agent's sign-in page (the agent's “leads”).

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and brokerage; optionally a brokerage logo and your photo.
• Listings: the property details, photos, and documents you add for each open house.
• Sign-in method: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to operate and improve the service.

When a visitor signs in at an open house, we collect the following on the agent's behalf, entered by the visitor:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Their buying timeline and whether they already have an agent
• Their SMS consent choices (see the next section)

When visitors sign in, they choose whether to receive text messages. Consent is separate and specific:

• Transactional consent lets the agent text the visitor about that property, such as access links, price changes, and open-house updates.
• Marketing consent (optional) lets the agent text the visitor about other properties and services.

We only send texts to visitors who gave the relevant consent. Messages are delivered through Twilio. Every message supports STOP to opt out and HELP for help, and once someone opts out we stop texting them. Consent choices and opt-outs are recorded as an audit trail.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate the service and generate sign-in pages and QR codes
• Send the texts and emails that agents and visitors have opted into
• Show agents their captured leads and let them follow up
• Improve the application based on how it's used

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Lead data belongs to the agent who collected it. The agent decides how to follow up, within the consent each visitor gave and applicable law. If you are an open-house visitor and want your information corrected or deleted, you can contact the agent you gave it to, or email us at info@levelnex.ai and we will help.

OpenHouseHQ relies on these providers:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. Access is protected by row-level security so each agent can only reach their own data.
• Twilio — sending and receiving text messages.
• Resend — transactional email (such as lead alerts and password resets).
• Vercel — hosting and deployment.
• Google — optional sign-in with a Google account.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

We retain data for as long as an account is active. Agents can delete individual listings and leads at any time. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing info@levelnex.ai.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP

OpenHouseHQ is intended for real estate professionals and adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the app or sending an email.
